Saturday May 11 10am-12pm block--Air Castle
Come join us on this ongoing sampler! This will put your previous knowledge to good work with a new block
A quick and fun skill building project. This is a great beginner class for learning the basics of quilting. (must have basic sewing skills and working knowledge of your sewing machine) Saturday May 11th 10am-12pm
Cost is Free- Must have The New Quick and Easy Block Tool Book plus supplies required for the block. We will be doing all the blocks in this series at 12"
Space is limited must sign up to guarantee a spot. We will be offering every second Saturday of the month a new block which you can either turn into a sampler quilt at the end of the series if you like or turn them into a quick gift such as a pot holder or table runners the possibilities are endless.
Supply list
- The New Quick and Easy Block Tool Book - We have them in available for purchase in store.
- 3 fat quarters or 3 different colored fabrics
- Clearly perfect slotted ruler or 5 1/2" sq ruler
- Sewing machine in working condition. Make sure you are familiar with your machine prior to class
- Basic sewing supplies ( needles, threads, scissors, pins, seam rippers etc)
- Rotary cutter (45mm works the best) with a fresh new blade *** highly recommended.
